Conversations with the Subconscious

Caroline Waring-Walsh's BMI Foyer Exhibition Conversations with the Subconscious will run from 20 April through to 30 May. Caroline’s pictures are related to Surrealism. The Surrealist Movement was active from the 1920s in Paris, reached a peak of influence in painting and literature in the 1930s, and became a global cultural phenomenon from the 1950s.

In her BMI Artist Talk at 1.00 pm on Thursday, 14 May Caroline will discuss the primary sources that inspire her own contemporary surreal paintings.
