Conversations on MS, Online or In-Person: Steamboat Springs, Sept. 30, 2022

Do you have questions about the latest in MS research, symptom management, clinical care options and more? Get your MS questions answered by Dr. Enrique Alvarez of the Rocky Mountain MS Center at University of Colorado.

Conversations on MS is an audience-directed discussion -- so you should come ready to ask questions and participate! This is a unique opportunity to ask questions and explore information there usually isn't time for during a clinic visit with your neurologist. You can also ask questions ahead of time when you register for the event, or by emailing [email protected].

The Online Broadcast of the event will be conducted online via Zoom, you'll receive a link to join via email prior to the event. The meeting room will open a few minutes before 6 p.m. mountain time.

• You must have access to a computer or mobile device capable of joining a Zoom session to participate. For more info on Zoom visit www.zoom.us. Registered participants will receive an email one day prior to the event with details about how to join the Zoom meeting.
• PLEASE NOTE: This session will be recorded and archived for viewing by others. Online attendees who do not wish to be recorded may participate anonymously by turning off their video and audio, and interacting only via text chat.

The In Person event will be held at the Bud Werner Memorial Library, located at 1289 Lincoln Ave. Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get everyone seated and begin the program promptly at 5:30 p.m. mountain time.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS FOR IN PERSON ATTENDEES: We may adjust requirements as necessary if local COVID-19 conditions change. You will be notified of the final requirements in an email no later than September 28. As of July 12, these restrictions include:

• PROOF OF COVID-19 VACCINATION AND BOOSTER IS REQUIRED. Please be prepared to show your physical vaccine card or an electronic version on your mobile device. Names on vaccine cards must match the name on your picture ID.
• All attendees must wear masks at all times indoors.
• Social distancing practices will be in place.
• Attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks and drinks, and may remove masks briefly while actively eating or drinking.
• If you are not feeling well the morning of the event, please join our Livestream and don't attend in-person.

We will adhere to all safety protocols, rules, and recommendations that are current at the time of the event. If the in person event must be cancelled, we will move the entire event online to Zoom, and will notify all registrants via email (you will not have to re-register for the Online event).
