Conversations and Solutions for Mental Health and Well Being

The summit will focus on mental health across the lifespan, suicide prevention, and substance abuse with an emphasis on mental and emotional wellness, and coping strategies for all ages and genders. Narcan training will also be provided. Attendees must be 18 years or older.
Workshops will be facilitated by mental health professionals and knowledge experts. Additionally, there will be community resource exhibitors.
Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. Educational workshops, and sessions will occur throughout the day. A free and healthy lunch will be provided.
