So gender equality is the goal of feminism. Specifically the political and social equality between men and women.

Part of this is removing the stigma against people who don't fall into expected gender roles. Obviously, this means respecting a woman's choice to pursue a lifestyle outside of the motherly, caretaker role traditionally assigned to them. It also means respecting a man's decision to pursue a lifestyle outside of the fatherly provider role assigned to them.

That freedom to pursue your dreams without the burden of gender roles will allow men to come into their true selves.“

“Hello, my name is King Darice Bey and I am going to take the liberty of sharing a few things with you all about me. I’m a happily married man and a father 3. Built with a resolute mindset and a fierce and unwavering spirit, I started working at the age 14, but obtained my first authorized job at Dunkin Donuts 16-18. Conceiving my daughter when I was in high school at the age of 18, accelerated my drive and motivated me on another level. I went to School for Criminal Justice couldn't find a job, so I decided to join the United States Army National Guard for 8 years. I went to Baghdad in 2010 then came home the end of 2010 and went back to School for Human Services because my passion and fulfillment came from helping people. I Graduated from Gateway 2014 with a degree in Human Services. Still dedicated to the restoration and improvement of the community I took opportunities to work at many companies in Connecticut; Marrakech, Continuum of Care, Crossroads, Chase Center, Family Options and Abilities Without Boundaries; mostly places where I got a chance to mentor and contribute to the betterment of individual’s lives.
