About this Event

This interactive workshop explores how faculty and staff can design community-engaged learning experiences that prioritize reciprocal partnerships and respond to community-identified priorities. Drawing on two iHub-funded courses at Queen’s, an undergraduate arts course and a graduate course in educational research and program evaluation, the session highlights approaches to co-designing placements with community partners to support shared learning goals and meaningful impact. Participants will engage with brief case studies, reflect on their own practices, and collaborate on strategies to strengthen reciprocity and assess impact in their contexts.
