Convergence is back for its second year: three days of music across two stages plus food and a vendor market at the Visual Arts Collective, September 4, 5, and 6.
The lineup runs wide: hip hop, country, and outsider acts sit right alongside the fast, heavy stuff. Expect burlesque and industrial noise, a staged execution of local musicians, and battle sets where bands trade songs back and forth. Live-band karaoke closes out the festival, open to anyone brave enough to grab the mic.
The Flyin' Hawai'ian is on food all weekend with a different menu daily and vegan options. Popups curated by Boise Punk Flea run all three days too with oddities, novelties, music, clothing, and more.
Tickets are kept intentionally affordable, $30 for the full weekend, and every dollar of profit goes straight back to the performers. Single-day and full-weekend passes, plus lineup and schedule updates, at convergenceidaho.com.
