Mindfulness Mondays at Nouveau Chapeau will allow space/time for open discussions about self-care and wellness topics that will support your personal growth and help to strengthen your ability to reconnect with your authentic self.
This session will provide participants with practical tools and strategies to manage chaos in their lives, enhance mindfulness, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. The session will include group discussion, activities, journal prompts and a guided meditation with Reiki.
Participants may want to bring a pen/journal. Session begins promptly at 6:00pm.
