COURSE OVERVIEW

Take a practical look at the residential purchase agreement and the provisions that matter when working with buyers and sellers.

We'll examine important clauses, what they mean in a real transaction, and why they matter to your client. We'll also organize related provisions by purpose and importance, making the contract easier to review, explain, and use.

The goal: Build confidence working with residential purchase agreements — before the ink dries.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

Carol's Classes LLC submits completed sign-in sheets to the South Dakota Real Estate Commission within approximately 2–5 business days after class.

Posting of credit by the Commission depends on its processing schedule and is usually completed within a few days.

A certificate of completion is available by email after completing the short certificate quiz, which is available for five days after class.

WEATHER & CLASS CANCELLATIONS

If severe weather or another situation requires a class change or cancellation, registered students will be notified by text. Please include a current cell phone number with your registration so we can reach you quickly.

Carol's Classes LLC may cancel or reschedule a class or change instructors when necessary.

TRANSFER POLICY

Contact Carol's Classes LLC at least two business days before class if you need to transfer your registration to another class.
.
Transfers are subject to seat availability. If the new class has a higher registration fee, the student is responsible for the difference.

One transfer is included. Additional transfers require prior approval.

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be made at least one business day before class.
.
Carol's Classes LLC pays the Eventbrite processing fee when you register. If your registration is later refunded, your refund will be the purchase price minus the Eventbrite processing fee.
