Contra Dance with Melissa Chatham calling to High Drive IN SILVER SPRING

NOTE This dance is NOT in Glen Echo, but in the air-conditioned Silver Spring Civic Center!

Contra is a fun and easy dance, and darn it, you need more dancing in your life!

No experience needed! Come alone or with friends! All ages. All genders. All body types.

Melissa Chatham will call to High Drive, featuring Paul Oorts (mandolin), David Knight (fiddle), and Dave Wiesler (guitar and keyboard).

The Silver Spring Civic Center is right next to a large parking garage with paid parking, and is a 12 minute walk from the Silver Spring Metro Station and has a ton of bus connections.

The lesson is at 7:30 pm, the dancing starts at 8:00 pm and goes until 11:00 pm!
