Contra Dance @ The Church of The Village

Come join us for another Saturday of dancing the night away under the expert guidance of Caller Alexandra Deis-Lauby and harmonic melodies of Threading Heddles - with Micah Herron on flute, Myra Fowlkes-Smith on fiddle, and Zach Thomas on guitar!

Whether you are a new or seasoned dancer, everyone is welcomed to get on the dance floor and enjoy the live melodies of our Contra dance.

Please Note: This is a Mask Required Dance. If you happen to forget your mask, we will be happy to provide a set for you when you first arrive!

Info: A waltz occurs at the end of the first half of the dance. Afterwards, we take a brief break where snacks are provided, and organizers are present to answer any questions people may have.

Info: The community pitches in and helps us breakdown the venue. Afterwards, several of the dancers typically go out to one of the local diners for food and drinks. The more the merrier!
