Welcome to The Nest!
Building on the Foundation Course, the Continuum Course explores the next layers of movement development through the lens of IDME. Together we deepen our understanding of how babies move, organise, and transition through different developmental patterns and positions.
In a supportive and interactive environment, we will explore themes such as:
- how to bring calm into the days, help the baby with rest and digestion, and how to move easily with the baby
- the movement that prepares for rolling, sitting, crawling, and walking
- how babies explore the world through reaching, pushing, pulling and moving through the space
- practical ways to observe and support your baby's unique development journey
The course offers practical and playful ways of moving, holding, and supporting your baby. Through movement, observation, and shared experience, parents and caregivers are invited to develop more confidence, sensitivity, and support for themselves and their babies.
The group will be 6-8 families.
Thursday from 11:45-12:45am
June 18th and 25th, July 2nd and 9th
