Course Overview

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is designed to equip professionals with structured problem-solving skills and process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance. The program focuses on Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and the DMAIC

framework to help participants identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve measurable business outcomes. Participants will learn how to apply data-driven approaches to analyze

Beyond concepts and tools, the workshop emphasizes practical application and real-world relevance. Participants will work through case studies, process mapping exercises, and

Info: Understanding Lean and Six Sigma foundations. Explore how structured improvement methodologies help organizations enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction. Participants will also learn how Lean and Six Sigma complement each other in driving operational excellence.


Lean Principles & Waste Identiflcation

Info: Recognizing value vs. non-value activities. Learn the 8 types of waste and how inefficiencies impact productivity, cost, and quality. Participants will practice identifying waste in real workplace scenarios.


DMAIC Methodology Overview

Info: Understanding the structured problem-solving framework and how each phase contributes to measurable business improvements.


Deflne Phase – Problem Identiflcation

Info: Developing project charters, defining scope, identifying stakeholders, and setting improvement goals aligned with organizational priorities.


Measure Phase – Process Mapping & Metrics

Info: Understanding process measurement techniques, baseline performance evaluation, and tools such as SIPOC and process mapping.


Analyze Phase – Root Cause Analysis

Info: Identifying process gaps using tools like Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, and data analysis methods.


Improve Phase – Solution Implementation
