Content Magazine Pick-Up Party 17.2, "Connect"

Celebrate the release of issue 17.2, “Connect,” featuring a City of San José cultural exchange project by Dad Bod Rap Pod, SJSU professor and photographic artist, Binh Danh, Emmy Award-winning composer and virtuoso, Vanessa Vân-Ánh Võ, and more Vietnamese-American creatives who have contributed to the creative culture of the South Bay.

The day will begin with The South Bay Artist Summit: Empowering Creatives at the Intersection of Art and Entrepreneurship, presented by SVCreates and Content Magazine, in partnership with the San José Office of Cultural Affairs, from 1 to 6p inside the Rotunda at San José City Hall. This inspiring afternoon will feature conversations with artists about building sustainable careers, informative workshops on business skills for creatives, an artist resource fair, food, and networking. The afternoon will culminate in the Content Pick-Up Party for issue 17.2, "Connect.” Register Here.

The evening event will feature:

• Beer, wine, and Hors d'oeuvres.
• A performance from LOLAH and DJ sets from Dad Bod Rap Pod.
• Displays from artists featured in issue 17.2, "Connect."

As always, the first 150 Content members to check in will receive a complimentary beverage and Hors D’oeuvres as a toast to their support of Content Magazine and the greater South Bay arts community.
