The Contemplative Collage workshop will combine brief grounding and meditation practice, direct work with art materials, and conversations that may include invitations for personal reflection. This workshop is intended to provide participants with a restful, playful, creative experience. Co-facilitated by local artist, Isa Dorvillier, and Rachel Kaplan, LCSW.
