Ready to move in new and exciting ways? ? Contact Improvisation is a fun and engaging movement class perfect for anyone interested in dance, theatre, or simply moving in new ways. Created by Steve Paxton in the early 70s, this practice blends elements of martial arts, gymnastics, and dance. You'll learn to move with others through rolling, falling, balancing, and creating shapes at different speeds and heights making this class a truly unique experience. (**students must register for this class in order to participate)In this class, you'll practice:

➡️ Build awareness of your body and space
