Contact Improvisation TechniqueA solid technical foundation allows Contact dancers to surrender deeper into a state of free and safe improvisational practice.
This 5-week series of classes is aimed at those who are interested on expanding their movement range and deepening their understanding of the technical underlay of Contact Improvisation.
Each of these sessions will build upon the previous one, as we investigate the complex (yet subtle and often unconscious) organisational patterns of our muscular-skeletal structure that are fundamental to maximise efficiency and flow.
This series is open to all levels.
