Join us for a Contact Improvisation workshop on Sunday, 20th October, from 11am-3pm at Margaret River Karate Club. In this 4-hour session, we’ll explore the unique phenomena that arise in Contact Improvisation. Through somatic awareness and embodied movement, you'll discover how to trust the body’s natural intelligence and dive into the unknown, embracing spontaneity and the improvised moment.This workshop is open to all, from beginners to seasoned movers. We will focus on the somatic aspects of movement that guide us towards deeper connection, both with ourselves and others, allowing the dance to unfold organically in real time.
Come experience how embodied practice leads to new possibilities in movement and interaction. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement and dance.
