On the first Sunday of the month, Tictac’s studio hosts a Contact Improvisation jam.It starts with a research session with alternating facilitators, teacher this month TBA soon.

The session opens with a proposition to move, where aspects of contact, momentum, support & surprise are being discovered.
From there we shift into an open laboratory, a space for autonomous exploration, where you can test ideas, construct movement together, listen and respond. The invitation is to not aim for a predetermined outcome, but rather to use silence, listening & presence as a primary guide.
