Join us for a workshop that welcomes dancers of all levels to enhance their improvisational skills! We’ll explore the fundamentals of contact and release through sensitivity, deep listening, and body awareness. The session includes a guided individual warm-up and progressive levels of touch and ends with the creation of a group score. Dive into dynamic movement exploration and play in a supportive and creative environment. All are welcome!FRIDAYS 6:00-7:30PM with STACEY HORTON
