Join us for this one off Contact Improv class where I share some of what has come through from my time dancing in Australia.
🌀 Thursday evening, 17 September at 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
👯 Where: St marks methodist church hall in Somerfield, a beautiful venue with plenty of room for plenty of dancers. Main entrance off Barrington Street.
🐝 Who: Beginners are welcome, and we cater the session to who is present, encouraging movers of all experience including those new to dance.
You're welcome to share details with anyone you think may be interested.

While an emphasis on self responsibility and personal choice are key values brought to this event, these sessions are facilitated and we aim to provide safety and care, and welcome feedback for improvement.
🌱 Host: Bear’s contact improv practice comes from years dancing around Aotearoa and Australia. He believes that deeper listening is a doorway to wholeness and that Contact Improv offers a unique doorway into our vitality.
🌱 Cost: $10-15 is suggested contribution towards this gathering. If money is a challenge right now, please DM me and we’ll sort a discounted or free entry. I’d rather you’re there than not if you’d like to dance
