For people interested in focusing on some of the core skills in CI. An all levels class tailored to the individual’s present on any given night. Topics include: following and committing to the point of contact, sharing and modulating weight, building connection to the trio of yourself, the earth, and your partner, moving with ease, and other aspects of interest. The goal is to safely have fun and learn new ways of moving via exercises learned over the past 35 years from teachers across the US. First session schedule (may change for future classes depending on participants needs):
6:00 - 6:30 Arrival, warm up, opening circle
6:30 - 8:00 Class
8:00 - 9:00 Open dance/lab time
