Join us for a weekly contact improv Jam before our weekly ecstatic dance at Roots to Crown! Contact Improv 7-8pm
Ecstatic Dance 8-10pm
Prompts and guidance will be provided for those new to the practice, or you're welcome to just groove and move as you wish!
This jam is donation-based. Donations are split between the venue and facilitator. Your support is appreciated!
