For each Contact Impro class, Rört will turn into your playground for connecting with yourself and others, when Dorte and Maja are teaching.
Contact improvisation is a dynamic dance-form that embraces playfulness, develops technical and sensory skills, and the art of listening with the whole body. With a sense of subtle readiness and playfulness, we will in physical contact with other moving bodies meet the moment with our senses open. We will allow ourselves to move spherical with a clear powerful connection from center to extremities. All this leads to simple improvisation between people, and offers a path towards constant development and challenge. It’ll be fun, challenging, creative and hopefully it will inspire you to use your body and mind in a new way! EveryBODY is welcome!
