CBC is a dance & healing practice that integrates body, mind, heart, and spirit for personal and relationship growth.

What to Expect:
+A guided warm-up to ground and awaken the body
+Partnered and group explorations rooted in trust and exploration
+Energetic practices that cultivate healing, depth, and expanded consciousness
+Opportunities for free-form movement and deep rest

Please be on time and plan to stay for the whole practice to create safety for the container.

Water
Loose fitting clothes
Knee pads (optional)
Item for the altar (optional)
Suggested donation $25-40 (Nobody will be turned away for financial reasons. If you are struggling, donate what you can.)
