Step into a world of free-flowing movement, deep connection, and community with our CBC workshop series throughout 2025.
✨ What is Contact Beyond Contact?
CBC is more than just dance—it’s a practice that blends Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Qigong, Somatic Therapy, and Cosmic Healing to create a safe space for healing, exploration, and growth. Through movement, we discover new ways of connecting to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
✨ What to Expect:
• 🌿 Free-Flowing Movement: Explore the joy of uninhibited dance, unlocking creativity and spontaneity.
• 💫 Psychosocial Benefits: Learn to observe and shift patterns in your life—communication, trust, and relationships—through the lens of movement and body awareness.
• 🌟 Community Connection: Join a supportive, judgment-free space where we create meaningful bonds through shared experiences and authentic presence.
• 🎵 Live Music & Jam Dance: Each session ends with a collaborative jam where musicians and movers come together to co-create magic. The jam will be a very special part of the evening. Patryk ludwinski will share his ambient music and percussion instruments over Lucas Weissenborn dreamy soundscapes on cello and guitar.

17.30 - 18.00: Arrival
18:00 - 19:00: Opening circle and warm up exercises
19:00 - 20.30: CBC practices
20.30 - 22.00: Open Jam with Live Music
22.00 - 22.30: Good bye hugs and leaving
