Experience Contact Beyond Contact: A fusion of contact improvisation, mindefulness, and somatics. Dive into a space of embodiment, presence, and connection. This conscious dance practice fosters genuine connection with yourself, others, and nature. No experience necessary- just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore through movement and honest interaction.

Angelina is a Somatic Embodiment facilitator, as well as a level 2 Contact Beyond Contact faciitator. She brings over 20 years of experience in both dance and the mid-body connection to healing.
