EVENT BACKGROUND:

Why Attend?

Winning more construction contracts starts with understanding what general contractors are looking for.

Join construction estimating professionals for an interactive, small-group coaching session designed specifically for trade contractors and construction suppliers who are serious about growing their business.

Unlike a traditional workshop, this session begins by listening. Estimators want to understand the real challenges that prevent small businesses from bidding—or from winning after they submit a bid.

Through open discussion and practical coaching, participants will gain valuable insights into how bids are evaluated and what can be done to become more competitive.
