As people are aging in a healthier way and living longer, many of us find ourselves engaging in our parents’ lives in ways we never imagined. Often, we find it difficult to have conversations about important issues such as their end of life wishes, the financial ramifications of end-of-life choices, long-term living expectations, and even what they expect from their children when they need physical help.Phase 3 Ministries is sponsoring Consider the Conversation, a panel discussion lead by several of our community experts on these various topics, designed to help each of us understand what conversations we need to have with our aging parents and provide tools to help foster those conversations.
This is a great opportunity to gather with family members who will need to deal with these issues together in the months and years to come.
