The BirdSong Nature Preserve will soon become the newest addition to the protected lands in Superior Township. Stretching over one mile, the preserve will protect a variety of habitats and consolidate a two-mile corridor of protected land. Sibley Prairie, in Brownstown Township, is the largest and highest-quality lakeplain prairie remaining in the entire state. A coalition of groups is working to save it from development. Learn about Sibley Prairie’s significance and how you can help.
