Conservation and Sustainability - FREE Youth Workshop at Blackpool Zoo

This workshop is being advertised by the Boingboing Foundation as part of the 'Youth Empowerment for Local Climate Action in Blackpool' project.

The project is a collaboration between Boingboing Foundation and Lancashire Climate Action Network's Youth Organisation (LancsCAN Youth), to gain insight into young people's feelings on climate change and produce youth-led recommendations for local climate action.

This session will take place at Blackpool Zoo, and activities are expected to include having the opportunity to:

• Learn about Conservation & Sustainability initiatives at Blackpool Zoo
• Chat with expert zoo staff to learn about careers in the zoo industry
• Join a guided zoo tour
• Take part in exciting visitor engagement activities to communicate science and conservation messages to the public
