This 2.5 day intensive yoga teacher training offers teachers of all levels the opportunity to learn interior design to foster harmony between the outer and inner worlds-the yuj or Union of life. You will be deeply guided into understanding the psychophysiological effects of asana and how to create sequences that combine the foundational teachings of Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda.
Your intensive of lecture, workshop, and practices will include these topics:
The benefits and risks of each family of poses (laterals, backbends, folds, inversions, and twists).
Designing safe sequences for the physical, mental, energetic, and emotional bodies (with a focus on asana, pranayama, meditation, and universal mantras).
How you can use the time tested knowledge of Ayurveda to create a felt sense of holistic wellbeing and harmony with consciousness at large.
