Welcome to Conscious Tribal Dance (Liverpool) + Optional Breathwork
We come together to celebrate life, connection, music and dance in the beautiful city of Liverpool. An open hearted, supportive and non judgemental space where good people congregate to share time, space and energy.
Having started hosting Conscious Connected Breathwork ceremonies in 2022 (after Gary experienced Tammy's well established practice in Hebden Bridge), we then brought in Cacao Dance Journeys early in 2023, we are ready to bring forward a more regular and varied offering to multiple venues across the North West & North Wales.

What to expect:
- Connect with Like-Minded Souls: Meet fellow conscious individuals who share your passion for sustainable living, mindfulness, and community building.
- Social Time: Between each event we have an hour or so where you can chat and connect.
- Delicious food Stall: Savor a variety of mouthwatering, vegan food and sober drink creations.
In the afternoon;
- Conscious Connected Breathwork with Tammy Jayne & her team of carefully selected energy healers.
Into the evening
- Conscious Tribal Dance, a three parter of an evening wrapped into one holistic experience;
- Cacao Ceremony: Experience our take on the ancient tradition of a cacao ceremony, where you can enjoy a cup of sacred cacao to open your heart and enhance your experience.
- Live DJ Dance Journey: We come together to celebrate life, connection, music, and dance. An open-hearted, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can dance like no one is watching and sing like no one is listening!
- Expect a range of dance sub-genres, ranging from world music, tribal/organic beats, dub, and then warming up into some feel-good synths, maybe some housed up 80s remixes, and a tad of fun Drum & Bass to energize, coming back down with medicine music to soothe the soul in preparation for the sound bath!
- Gong centred sound bath at the end to wind down to send you home on a cloud - by the legendary Liverpool local, Suzie Price.
