Breath workshops will start with a 30 minute overview and explanation of the process followed by a 60 minute deeply meditative and powerful breathing experience discovered in India by Leonard D. Orr in the 1960's. Once the cycle is complete you'll be given time to integrate the experience, journal if you'd like, and debrief with the group.
