Hit the reset button on your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response) with an hour of breathwork if you’re free (date and time). It works better than anything else I’ve ever found. You'll experience a guided Healing & Personal Growth Acceleration Journey with the power of breath. Breath workshops will start with a 30 minute overview and explanation of the process followed by a 60 minute deeply meditative and powerful breathing experience discovered in India by Leonard D. Orr in the 1960's. Once the cycle is complete you'll be given time to integrate the experience, journal if you'd like, and debrief with the group.
