A Practical Workshop on Managing Our States of ConsciousnessMany spiritual seekers have some sort of energetic grounding practice in place; visualizations, essential oils, crystals, meditation, prayer, and even tapping. However, as you may well have noticed, sometimes these practices are not enough.
If you experience a lot of discord, no matter what your spiritual grounding practice is, you may find yourself in a state of resistance, overwhelm, and even anxiety.
Join us on Saturday, June 12th, from 1pm to 4pm, as Rev. Deanna discusses powerful, yet practical, energy management techniques to help you feel more centered and empowered.
In this three hour workshop she'll discuss the three levels of intuition, two stages of energy mismanagement, and how it drains your energy and keeps you from the creation of well-being, and you’ll learn how to recognize when this is happening to you.
She'll also discuss and share the tools necessary to get to the stage of highly conscious energy management.
And come prepared to share some of your personal history (the things that seem to be currently causing you distress) to get the most out of this workshop.
