It is recognized by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration’s (SAMHSA’s) National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP) and received high ratings in 8 of 10 categories in a Harvard analysis of the nation’s top 25 social-emotional learning programs. The Harvard study’s authors say, “Conscious Discipline provides an array of behavior management strategies and classroom structures that teachers can use to turn everyday situations into learning opportunities.”

Kydeana Moseley is currently serving as the Director at Starting Point in Columbus Ohio, and brings a wealth of experience in educating youth from birth-12th grade. Her key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing professional development for the team. Notably, she has obtained and maintained the highest Step Up to Quality rating and NAEYC certifications, showcasing her unwavering commitment to providing high-quality education and care for children.
