Welcome Love! <3 We continue with these amazing lovefilled Conscious Dating-events! All of you who have joined - warmly welcome back! And all you new who are ready to dive into the magic, looking forward to meeting YOU! <3
<3 Do you long to meet other single people in a more intimate space than the regular dating arenas?
<3 Are you longing to practice your "asking someone out for a date-skills" in a playful and open ambient? As well as practicing your honest yes and no?
<3 Do you feel like exploring and getting a bit closer to yourself and others whatever your level of shyness, fearlessness, heartbreak, curiosity, intimacy experience or readyness currently looks like?
Then feel warmly welcome to come play and deepen together where it's enough to just be ourselves in our present version! In this Conscious Dating gathering we will together create a warm and uplifting space.
There will be a wave of different exercises during the evening, starting off with landing in our bodies with some breathwork and grounding. When we are at home within and have access to our inner truth right now, then it’s easier to relate in a more authentic way and the magic can start unfolding.
You don't commit more - or less - then you want to anything! <3
NOTE: You can participate in this evening without any physical contact, at the distance that is comfortable for you. All exercises can be done without any touch. There will also be a boundaries intro to set a clear and safe ground.
Your Facilitator:
Jeanina Dhara is a body-oriented therapist and mindset coach whose passion is to support people to access their full life force, juice, joy, love, embodyment, power and sovereignty. She has worked with bioenergetics/breathwork, osho-therapies, tantra and inner child work with groups, couples and individuals around the world for about 20 years.
Coming into the world of tantra and spirituality was a total life changer for her and she’s been devoted ever since to live a heart centered, present life, supporting others who wish to do the same.

Practical: Bring a yoga mat, a cushion, a water bottle and wear clothes that you feel good in and are comfortable to move in.
