What if meeting someone didn't have to feel like a performance? What if dating could be fun again?
This afternoon is designed for conscious singles who value presence, depth, and authenticity. Rather than rushing through surface-level introductions, you'll be invited to slow down — and actually feel what it's like to be with another person.
You'll move through a series of guided experiences that invite you to arrive in your body, open your heart, and meet others in a way that goes beyond the usual first-impression dance. Some moments will be playful. Some will be surprisingly moving. All of them at your own pace, in a space where consent, safety, and your own boundaries are central throughout.
As much as this afternoon is about meeting others, it's equally an invitation to come home to yourself — to feel what you feel, to notice your desires and longings, and to honour what's true for you.
This event isn't just about finding a date — it's about learning how to navigate dating and relating in a way that's fully you. And if you meet someone you'd like to see again, you can always take it from there.

Not at all. Conscious Dating isn't about speed — it's about depth. We slow things down and make space for connection that includes body, mind, and heart.

✦ Who is it for?
This afternoon is for open-hearted singles who are curious about themselves and others. Whether you're completely new to this kind of experience or already walking a conscious path — you are welcome here.
Level: Open to everyone, no prior dating experience needed
Age: 25–45 is our guideline, but we don't check IDs 😉

✦ Who is it not for?
This isn't the right space for those seeking hookups or purely casual encounters. We kindly ask everyone to arrive with respect, curiosity, and genuine care for others.
✦ Alcohol & substances
This is a strictly substance-free space. Please don't consume alcohol or mood-altering substances before or during the event. Anyone arriving intoxicated will be asked to leave. We believe the most alive connections happen when we show up fully as ourselves.

🌿 What's the female/ male ratio?
We aim for a 50/50 balance between men and women. However, we cannot guarantee that.
🌿 Will there be physical touch?
Some exercises may involve gentle, consensual touch — but nothing is obligatory. Every activity is optional and explained beforehand. We want you to take care of your boundaries.
🌿 Do I need to come with someone?
Not at all — most people come alone, and that's completely normal. The whole afternoon is designed to help you feel comfortable meeting people you don't know yet.

✦ Cancellation policy
Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable. If you can no longer make it, you're welcome to pass your ticket on to someone else of the same gender. Just let us know the name of the person attending in your place.

✦ Your facilitator
Sara is a dating and relationship coach with Finnish and German roots, splitting her time between Berlin and Belgium.
Sara has been immersed in embodiment and conscious relating for over a decade. Along the way, she has explored what it really means to feel, to stay present, and to meet another person from that place.
In 2023, she completed her Embodied Intimacy Training — a turning point that continues to shape her work today.
Sara’s presence is warm, grounded and present. She trusts that real change happens when we slow down enough to feel what is here, and allow connection to grow from that place.
