Remember: you don't need to know anything, believe anything, or be anything to show up to conscious dance and experience an emotional release, a deeper connection with your body, and an authentic connection to those around us.

We simply need to show up 🙌🏽
On September 22nd, we'll kick things off with some authentic relating, and then I’ll lead us into the dance with a soul-connecting meditation. I’ll still have a few words of encouragement and guidance throughout the dance, and I’ll still put together an amazing set of musical vibrations.

But the ultimate goal is to just let loose! There’s really no better way to celebrate the weekend⚡️🔥💛
