Conscious dance is all about liberation through movement. Welcome everything, let the music move you, release what isn't yours.
The theme for this dance: Grounding for growth. With the new moon in Taurus on May 16th, we'll dance into this grounding, embodied lunation. We'll set intentions around resources, the body, and we want to build.

As always, all ya gotta do is show up and dance We will kick things off with some authentic relating, and then case into the dance with a soul-connecting meditation. We will bring the amazing rhythms and we'll still have a few words of encouragement and guidance throughout the dance.
As always, well close with a meditation and sharing circle. But the ultimate goal is to just let loose!
