Move to your own beat and time, dance to the music with no agenda, steps or judgement in a safe, held space where everyone is welcome. There's no chat or small talk, just a friendly welcome and the dancefloor and great music from a wide variety of sources and tempos.
Stop/rest when you need to, take care of you and your body!
Find yourself on the dancefloor.
For so long we have been conditioned to move as we have been told but no more! Play with movement and follow your curiosity, follow the music.
The only real rules are to respect yourself, the community and the space. Let go of words and fall into music and see what you find. Please stay the whole period and arrive on time. If you have to leave early please notify Claire.
