Join us this April 27 for an evening of community gathering and free movement combined with a flavourful dance set curated by King Kiron, your resident host and DJ. The music provided here is to help us become in-tune with our self and trust in the intelligence of our body to heal and transform from within. Taking this time, we find awareness of the inner nuances.
Come as you are. Whether you wish to fully flow and express or simply bask in the soundscape, all of you is welcome here!
General sequence is planned as follows:
7:20 arrival to settle in to the space
7:30 opening circle, intention setting
7:45 music journey begins
8:45 winding down our dancing
8:50 closing circle, time for sharing
Please bring water and comfortable clothing, mat or cushion if desired.
