Conscious Creativity Workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore and undestand personal challenges through creativity, express your creative flow and psychic gifts and connect with your healing energy.

During the event, you will:

The proposed activities are designed to deepen self-knowledge and understanding of limiting beliefs, internal blockages and conflicts to facilitate creative flow.

Many participants have found profound benefits from this dynamic and interactive work by finding the answers and resources needed to improve their current situation.

Maria uses a combination of group counselling techniques, music, relaxation and art therapy to ease the communication between the conflicting parts within us.

The class and topics explored are always different, and the group works together to support everyone's journey with presence and compassion.

• Curiosity, an open mind and willingness to explore yourself.
• Colours and creative tools are provided; you are welcome to bring your colours and a cushion (if needed, we work on the floor)

Do I need to be good at drawing to join this event?

This is not a professional art class, and you don't need to be good a drawing; the purpose of the class is to use creativity as a tool for self-exploration.

What is aura tuning (energy reading)?

Aura tuning is a modality that allows us to connect and receive/download information from a person, object or place on a subtle level; many of us do it constantly without even noticing.

What is Atman?

Atman is a sacred inner dimension of the self that can be contacted through meditation.

What is Parts Work?

Parts work is a therapy that addresses differences and conflicts between inner parts that are usually responsible for the balance in our emotional healing. Parts Work can help you generate new, creative solutions to your internal problems and strengthen your inner core, to help you understand your unique psychological landscape. Working with parts creatively brings better clarity and helps identify possible blockages or limitations currently affecting your life while realigning your centre to a better outcome in life.

Maria Pareo, born in a little town near Rome and currently living in Brighton (UK), is an expert in emotional and trauma healing, subtle interactions and communication.
