As a Recreation Therapist trained in Expressive Arts and the Gottman Method, I’m so excited to invite you to a Couples Therapeutic Art Workshop! 💕 Art allows individuals to express feelings and experiences in ways that words sometimes can’t capture, opening up pathways for deeper understanding and connection.
This intentional space is designed to help couples slow down, reconnect, and deepen their bond. Through creative expression and meaningful exploration, you’ll discover new ways to communicate, understand each other, and nurture a thriving relationship.
