This monthly workshop experience in Flagstaff, AZ is designed with community in mind. Creating a culture of connection through curiosity, authenticity, and empowering each other.

There will be wellness and healing vendors and services throughout the day. Even if you don't take every class, you can explore new healing modalities, connect with local practitioners, and experience a variety of services and offerings.
What to bring:
- Payment: Cash or Venmo
- Comfortable clothing
- Yoga mat or blanket & pillow to sit or lay on
- Any other comfort items you desire
- Vessel for cacao
- Notebook & pen/pencil
- Food, snacks & plenty of water
