Conscious Connected Breathwork Workshop with Morgan

Breathwork is a powerful practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to your inner self.

This guided journey creates space to integrate, ground, and open your heart to new beginnings. Through gentle grounding, conscious connected breathing, and intentional integration, you’ll be supported in reconnecting with your body in a safe, trauma-informed environment. Suggested items to bring are yoga mate and pillow for low back comfort and support.

No experience is needed! Come as you are.

5pm- arrive and settle

5:15 - Introduction to breathwork + trauma informed expectation setting

5:30 - 6:15 Breathwork (Phases include Grounding, Breath practice, Integration)

6:15 Return to circle and Open Sharing

Morgan is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, Human Design guide, and space holder devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom.

Through her work with Breathe Your Design, she blends conscious connected breathing, nervous system support, and intuitive guidance to create experiences that are nurturing and transformative. Her sessions invite you to return home to your inner authority and live radically authentic.
