About this Event

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with your inner self and release what no longer serves you!

In our fast-paced, ever-connected world, finding a moment of peace and self-discovery can seem like an elusive dream. Yet, there's a powerful and accessible tool at our disposal that can guide us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and bring us unparalleled calm and relaxation: Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB).

Join us for a 2-hour workshop to feel a deep release of stress and blockages.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative practice that harnesses the simple yet profound power of the breath. By engaging in a rhythmic and conscious breathing pattern, CCB helps you enter a state of flow, where your mind and body can release pent-up emotions, stress, and tension. This journey into breath can lead to profound emotional release and leave you with a deep sense of calm and tranquility.

Benefits of CCB

The benefits of Conscious Connected Breathwork are extensive and can significantly enhance your quality of life. Here are some of the key advantages you can experience:

1. Stress Reduction

  • Regular practice of CCB can lower stress levels by activating the body's relaxation response, reducing cortisol levels, and calming the nervous system.

2. Improved Focus and Mental Clarity

  • By promoting oxygen flow to the brain, CCB can enhance cognitive function, improve concentration, and foster clearer thinking.

3. Enhanced Emotional Wellbeing

  • CCB allows for the release of suppressed emotions, providing an emotional detox that can lead to greater emotional stability and resilience.

4. Increased Energy Levels

  • The deep, rhythmic breathing of CCB increases oxygen intake, boosting energy levels and vitality.

5. Stronger Immune System

  • Improved oxygenation and reduced stress from regular CCB practice can bolster your immune response, helping your body to fend off illnesses more effectively.

6. Heightened Self-Awareness

  • Engaging deeply with your breath in CCB promotes mindfulness and self-awareness, leading to a better understanding of your inner self and life experiences.

What to Expect in a CCB Session

A typical Conscious Connected Breathwork session lasts for two hours and is structured to guide you gently through the process. Here’s what you can expect:

Introduction to the Technique

  • The session begins with an introduction to CCB, explaining the breathing techniques and the journey you will embark on.

Guided Meditation

  • A calming guided meditation helps you center yourself and prepare mentally and physically for the breathwork session.

CCB Session

  • The core of the session involves practicing Conscious Connected Breathwork under the guidance of a skilled facilitator, helping you stay focused and safe throughout the process.

Gentle Integration Period

  • After the breathwork, a gentle integration period allows your body and mind to adjust and absorb the benefits of the practice.

Sharing Circle

  • The session concludes with a sharing circle, providing a supportive space for participants to share their experiences and insights if they choose.

Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a profound opportunity for self-discovery and healing. By dedicating just two hours to this practice, you can unlock a wealth of benefits that enhance your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. Ready to take the first step on your journey of self-discovery? Join us for a CCB session and experience the transformative power of your breath.

Contraindications for CCB

While CCB is a powerful and generally safe modality, there are specific conditions where it is not recommended. These include:

  • Epilepsy or Seizures of Any Kind
  • Glaucoma
  • Detached Retinas
  • Recent Eye Surgery
  • Psychotic States or Borderline Psychotic States
  • First Trimester of Pregnancy

If you have any of these conditions or concerns, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in CCB.

Sessions are held at the Hello Studio, located at 330 Hornsey Road.
