As Cacao is served, we sit to discuss this breathing technique and pattern. I will then guide you through an hour of breathing, using carefully selected music to create a blissful experience leaving you feeling more joy and peace in your life
Cacao helps the process of resetting our state of being by increasing the nervous system, and brain sensitivity to the vibrational resonance of the music
