You're always on. Maybe not visibly stressed, but never fully at peace. Your mind is already running before you're out of bed. Pressures, expectations, things to fix. A restlessness that usually arrives in stillness. A sense of being out of balance - too much in your head, not enough in your body.
This session gives you space to put that down for a few hours. Yes, this is a space created especially for you, and other high-achieving women, to release the pressure and feel the reconnection.
Whatever comes up in the room - tension, sadness, happiness, anger, something you can't quite name - it belongs here. There is no right way to feel, no correct response, no expression that is too much. Nothing you bring into this room is out of place.
You just breathe. The rest is welcome.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern - a seamless cycle of inhale and exhale with no pause between - that activates the body's natural capacity to regulate, release, and reset. It bypasses the analytical mind entirely, dropping you into a layer of experience that thinking alone simply cannot touch.
In a single 3-hour session, you can access a depth of stillness and release that usually takes days of rest to replicate:

What the session looks like:
Breathwork is a deeply transformational process using the mind-body-breath system. For it to do its magic, feeling prepared, safe, and open to whatever arises is key. That's why we start the session with a thorough introduction to breathwork as well as a grounding circle.
Then you lie down, close your eyes, and I guide you through the breathwork journey with music, gentle support, and optional body work.
The session closes with an integration circle.
3 hours, guided from start to finish. I'll be in the room with you the whole way through. This is a space of complete non-judgment, where every emotion, experience and expression is normal and encouraged.
This session is for you if you're a woman that:
- Want a complete de-stress reset that goes deeper than a weekend away
- You're carrying pressure and expecations, and are ready to put some of it down
- You're usually stuck in constant doing and your body is asking for something different
- You feel restless in stillness, activated at night, or anxious without a clear reason
- You want to reconnect with yourself, your body, and experience an altered state of consciousness
- You've been curious about breathwork and want a safe, guided first experience
No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to breathe and feel.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes you can lie down in. A water bottle. An eye mask or something to cover your eyes with. Please eat your last meal at 9 am, something light and not heavy.
The Embodied Reset Weekend:
The day after, on Sunday 23 August, a 3-hour embodied experience for high-achieving women is taking place. This is the follow-up event for the women in the room, to go deeper into the experience.

NOTE: There is also a workshop weekend in The Hague on the 8-9 of August. Especially for breathwork, it is highly beneficial to do several sessions. It is on purpose the two weekends are two weeks apart, as this is the perfect time for integration and then going deeper. If possible, I recommend attending both weekends.

Alice Pavin is a psychology-informed life coach and embodiment practitioner. She holds a first-class Psychology degree from University College London and is trained as a Co-Active life coach, yoga instructor, and breathwork facilitator.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is not suitable during pregnancy, or if you have a history of cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, or active psychosis. A health screening form is sent after booking and reviewed before the session. If you are unsure whether this is right for you, write to [email protected] before booking and I will answer personally.
Cancellation and refund policy:
This policy applies to all events on this tour.
- More than 14 days before the event: full refund. After that, no refund.
- However, free transfer of your ticket to another person is available - simply email [email protected] with the new attendee's name and email.
- If Alice cancels or postpones the event: full refund including any booking fees, or the option to transfer to another city or date.
