Conscious Connected Breathwork

Breathwork is a tool thats been used for centuries to help people on their spiritual and healing path. Today we are able to utilize different techniques to release past trauma, energy blocks, and regulate our emotions. The breathwork that we will be doing in this session is a continuous circlular breathing called CCB (Consious Connected Breathing). This is an inhale into the belly than chest and then exhale from belly and chest. Without any pauses on your inhales or exhales but a continuous cycle, usually set at a faster pace. This helps to wake up the body and energy, creating a rapid oxygenation of the body with pushes new prana and blood throughout your system.This process truly helps to restore and reset your body, heart, and mind!

During this session, the facilitator helps guide you through the process of the breathwork cycle while providing support and reiki energy clearing. The breathwork is combined with a sound journey; music cultivated by the facilitator to enhance and guide you as you are breathing. The breathwork lasts 35-45 minutes, depending on the participants. And we begin and end with a short heart meditation.
